Q: How much is shipping?

A: Shipping within the USA is $5, free for orders over $200. International shipping is $15 for most countries.

Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?

A: Orders are usually mailed out within a day or two. All orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail, Flat Rate Shipping. Orders within the US typically take 2-5 business days. 

Q: My jewelry doesn't fit as I expected. Can I exchange it for something else?

A: I am always happy to work with my customers and want them to love their one-of-a-kind pieces! Contact me anytime at info@terrabellajewelry.com and we'll find what's best for you.

Q: Oh no! I lost an earring! Can you replace it?

A: Because each piece is unique, there is a possibility that a replacement earring might not be able to be created, but sometimes can. Please just ask.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?

A: Small gift bags are available for free upon request.
