Ocean Jasper from Madagascar can have so many different colors and patterns and the focal on this piece is an example of its uniqueness with a stunning lavender background and bands of deep green, peach, rust and speckled white reminiscent of a desert scene. Paired with perfectly-matching purple charoite (named for the Chara River in Russia where it is found,) and dyed freshwater pearls, it is accented with a sparkling, faceted, sunstone nugget and a small green tourmaline rondelle. All metal details, including the lobster claw clasp, are in solid sterling silver.
